Relaxation Yoga Pose Feature

Today, here is great yoga move anyone can do. It is not only easy but also relaxing and is found to improve sleep. So for can cancer patients try this out if you can, and for all of the parents and care givers we suggest you try this out if you can because during this crazy month we know you need some sleep and relaxation.
Upside-Down Relaxation:
  • Sit facing a wall, with your butt about 6 inches away from it . 
  • Lie back and extend your legs up the wall. 
  • If It is to intense a stretch for you and your hamstrings slide your butt farther away from the wall and if not enough move closer.
  • Let yours arms fall to your side palms facing up and take deep breathes in and out with your eyes closed.
