As we introduced our Giving Tree program last month we would now like to present to you, our 2014 Giving Trees! This program is designed to brighten up cancer centers and most importantly put a smile on each patients face as they come in for their seemingly endless appointments! This set of trees is at Rocky Mountain Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Center. This is the same cancer center where our newest Comfort Room is!
This year our trees were “Walking with Dinosaurs” and “Disney Frozen Inspired”. Each tree is hung with hand picked trinkets for all ages. Each items serves a purpose, to engage patient’s mind during the 8-10 hours of treatment they undergo. It is our mission to make sure that every patient feels cared for by our foundation. We also would like to thank Jesse and Heather from M2 + Core [check out their routines for TWAD] for dedicating their morning to help putting up the trees!
