That is why today’s nutrition tip is how to effectively + safely clean your family’s fresh produce!
[Directions]
- Fill a clean + chemical free bowl with water
- Add 4 Tablespoons of White Vinegar per 1 gallon of water
- Submerge produce in mixture
- Let soak for ten to fifteen minutes [water will appear dirty-that is okay!]
- Extract produce and rinse with water
- Let dry
